Job Description:
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Prepare comprehensive budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project timelines and milestones, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and delays. Maintain clear and regular communication with Internal and External Customers ensure alignment and transparency. Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project stages.
Experience Required:
3+ Years of Project Management experience with a strong focus in the mechanical space Bachelors in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable Excellent computer literacy with MS Office and other Construction management software Self-starter with an eager desire to continue learning. Demonstrated communication skills across all levels of internal and external customers.

Job Description:
Support project managers in planning and allocating resources effectively to meet project objectives. Assist in preparing comprehensive budgets and monitoring financial progress throughout the project lifecycle. Aid in monitoring project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential risks and delays. Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Collaborate with project team members to deliver high-quality mechanical solutions. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project stages. Coordinate project schedules, subcontracts, and labor to maximize project success. Review project invoice amounts with clients to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain a daily log of project activities and correspondence to track progress and facilitate communication.
Experience Required:
Experience & Competencies: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Associate Degree in a Construction-related field. 0-5 years experience in the industry Proficiency in computer-based management systems Ability to climb ladders and stairs to view potential work Employee is required to perform typical office activities Employee is required to perform difficult physical maneuvers including lifting, stretching, climbing, crawling, etc. Work environment consists of standard office environment; temperature and noise levels in the work environment are moderate; aisle areas are open Work environment consists of construction areas that are often dirty, non-climate controlled, difficult to access and dangerous
